Refund

What Is The Rule?

Refund can be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product has no manufacturing defect, has not been activated and is still in new or like-new condition. Refund can be requested when a manufacturing defect of the product is found within 7 working days from receiving the product or when the product has been exchanged or repaired once but still has manufacturing defects. The Purchaser returns the product to Airdog at his cost. After 7 days no more refund is possible but Airdog still repairs or exchanges accordingly to limited warranty terms. 

What Is The Process?
  1. The Purchaser contacts Airdog which provides a return authorization code and a mailing address if the remote diagnose shows defect (no return is allowed when the product has been misused or altered). Diagnosis is free of charge and Airdog reserves the right to analyse flight data/logs before providing the return authorization code.
  2. The Purchaser mails the product to Airdog in its original packaging with all contents at his expense. Returns must include the return authorization code on the shipping label and the original receipt. Products mailed to Airdog without a return authorization code and the original receipt, to a wrong mailing address or without original packaging and contents will be returned to the Purchaser at his expense.
  3. Once Airdog receives the product, Airdog checks that the product really holds manufacturing defects after rigorous tests before Airdog processes the refund. 
  4. If the product does not qualify for refund, Airdog will return the product to the Purchaser at his expense or Airdog will repair or replace the product accordingly to limited warranty terms.
  5. If the product does not qualify for warranty repair or replacement, Airdog will notify the Purchaser who may authorize Airdog to repair the product. The Purchaser will be charged for labor, materials, repair and return.
  6. After 7 days no more refund is possible but Airdog still repairs or exchange accordingly to limited warranty terms.

Limited warranty applies and Airdog will remotely diagnose and fix problems or Airdog will repair/replace or offer an online store credit.

What Is The Process?

Repair

What Is The Rule?

If the product does not qualify for warranty repair or replacement, Airdog provides the Purchaser with a paid repair service. The Purchaser will be charged for labor, materials, repair and return.

What Is The Process?
  1. The Purchaser contacts Airdog which will remotely diagnose the problems and decide if a repair is possible. Diagnosis is free of charge and Airdog reserves the right to analyse flight data/logs.
  2. In the event Airdog cannot remotely fix problems and if a repair is possible, Airdog will provide the Purchaser with a return authorization code and a mailing address.
  3. The Purchaser mails the product to Airdog with all contents at his cost. Returns must include the return authorization code on the shipping label. Products mailed to Airdog without a return authorization code, to a wrong mailing address or without contents will be returned to the Purchaser at his expense.
  4. Once Airdog has received the product Airdog will run rigorous tests before Airdog notifies the Purchaser who may authorize Airdog to repair the product. The Purchaser will be charged for labor, materials, repair and return.
